Release Blitz! The Preacher's Daughter By Shelly Morgan

I’ve always been the preacher’s daughter, their perfect little angel.
But I won’t be their angel anymore. It’s time for me to live my own life.
Little did I know I was stepping straight out of my safe dream…into a nightmare.
The only one who can save me now is a man my daddy calls a devil—a criminal with a leather jacket and tattoos.
But he makes my heart beat…makes me feel alive.
No matter how strong he is, though, hell will claim me again.

She’s too good to be true—too good for a man like me.
But I knew the first time I saw her, I needed to claim her and make her my own.
There are men evil enough to hurt the innocent, defile the sacred, like my Angel.
Those men must die.
I’ve already saved her once. I’ll gladly go to hell and back to do it again.
Is there anything more wicked than the epic supposed good girl, the preacher’s daughter, and the ultimate bad boy, a biker whose hands are far from clean? The Preacher’s Daughter is all of that and a lot more. From the start you can tell this is going to be one that will have you cheering for the good girl and hoping that the bad boy will get her to be oh so bad. Angelica aka Angel, well she does a complete 180 and proves that good girls can be bad too.

The chemistry between Torq and Angelica is very apparent from the start even if the way they meet is anything but ideal. Torq was an epic ass to Angelica and she won’t forget the words he says and the pain he causes her. When she sees him again let’s just say he doesn’t put two and two together. I love how she doesn’t just give in to me, she has a feistiness to her that is what may bring Torq to his knees.

When I got to the end and saw it was a cliffhanger I wasn’t upset I was more like aww man it was just getting really good and I want more!  I am excited and curious to see how this will play out and will wait patiently for the next part. I hope the wait isn’t too long.

I grew up in a small town in Iowa. I have 2 older sisters and amazing parents. Growing up, I was always a daddy’s girl, hanging out with him in the garage, fishing, and building stuff. I loved to play softball and swimming, but reading, telling stories, and writing were my passion, even at a young age. I took a break from writing for a while, but you could always find me with a book in my hand.
I have three children – two boys and a girl. They are my whole world. Even when I’m having the worst day ever, they brighten up my day and make me smile.
A few years ago, there was this story that would always play out in my head and no matter how many times I went through it, from beginning to end, it would never fade. So I decided to put it on paper. I didn’t plan on publishing it, but when it was almost done, a friend asked to read it. She said it was a story that needed to be shared. And that’s what started my writing career.
I love all genres of books, and even though I started with writing MC Romance, I have a whole book of ideas, so you can expect more from me than just MC, though romance is in my blood.
Even though I currently work two jobs, my ultimate dream is to become a full time author. I want to be able to spend my days filling pages with stories. I want to be the reason people find a reason to smile or laugh from lines on a page. Reading a book allows me to live in someone else’s shoes, even if only for a few minutes. It’s a way to leave my life and troubles behind and I want to be help others do that as well.

Release Blitz! Lies And Illusions by Avelyn Paige

Growing up as MC royalty, my path was set, but it was never my destiny. Liberated by my father’s death, I left the Heaven’s Rejects Clubhouse to make my own way in life. But fate had other ideas. My brother's club was the only option, once a target had been painted on my back, because of one of my patients. I never expected that going home would result in my entire world being flipped upside down, at the hands of the man meant to protect me. With him as a bodyguard, my heart never stood a chance. Could I sacrifice my soul to go back to the life I left behind?

Falling in love with a prim and proper princess wasn’t anywhere on my agenda, but from the moment I saw her, it was game over. Hiding behind a screen name, I carried on an online relationship with her for months, under the guise of club business. But I wanted more than just an online fling. Now that she’s here, needing protection from the club, I have a choice to make. She wants nothing to do with the MC life, much less have a relationship with anyone associated with it. But I’m determined to show her how much she means to me. Am I really willing to give up my brothers and the club all for her?

The game is just now beginning, but in reality I might only have one life left.

***Adult Language Warning***
I must admit I enjoyed Lies and Illusions more than I thought I would. Oh I had a good idea that I would like it but I had been in sort of a funk prior to starting this and I was worried that it would become a victim to said funk, but luckily that didn’t happen. If you haven’t read the previous books you can read this one as a standalone but I think it is best if you read the previous books prior, you will connect with it better I believe if you do.

What would you give up to get the one person you want? Would you lie to them knowing that when they find out the truth you may lose them forever but that lie is what got them to fall in love with you to begin with? Well what would you do? Hard questions to answer because until you are in that situation you don’t know how you will act. Presley and Voodoo will have to answer those very questions. I really enjoyed these two, add in the suspense, the tension, the deceptions and you get a book that you just don’t want to put down unless it is absolutely necessary.

Lies and Illusions, as well as the previous books are all going on my need to read again very soon list. This is not only a book but also a series that I think lovers of MC romances will enjoy.

Release Blitz! Avalanche By Cambria Hebert

Don’t get caught in the surge.
Through a bullet hole in a wall, I watch a man bleed to death.
Those responsible think their crime died with the victim, until I identify them.
What’s a girl to do when she’s being hunted by murderers
witness protection can’t even stop?
My only refuge is a place I vowed to never go again.
When it’s do or die, an eight-year-old heartache suddenly seems trivial.
Besides, he won’t be there anyway.
But he is.
Turns out my old pain feels brand new the second his eyes meet mine.
I can’t leave. I can’t stay.
This snowy town that’s supposed to be my shelter
suddenly exposes me more than before.
With no one else to lean on, Liam becomes my lifeline.
Now we’re both running for our lives,
trying not to get swept away.

I have been on edge waiting for Avalanche by Cambria Hebert, I love her books and this one just called to me when I read the synopsis of the book. This review is going to be hard for me to write, and no not in a bad way I promise but in a “I don’t want to spoil this is any way” way. I do have to say that it did take me a bit to get into the book, I think it was my mood, but once I continued on I was hooked. Avalanche doesn’t have that first book in a new series syndrome either, which even when it is an author I adore I always worry about happening.

I am just going to keep this review very short and sweet because you need to experience Avalanche for yourself. The angst, the suspense, the wondering if a second chance will be able to happen, all of those things and more are just a few of the reasons why I enjoyed this one as much as I did. I am so excited to be starting this new series, and if Avalanche is just the start I think we are going to have a new series to love.  Bellamy (can I just say that I LOVE that name) and Liam, sigh Liam, will make you fall in love with them. I know I did! Add this one to your TBR lists again.
