About me

Hi I'm Janna and I am a book whore! I started this blog after being a part of another for years. While being a big blog may be nice I like to stay true to me having a love for books, that's why I blog. I love books and I want to share that love with my readers of this blog. I love to read, books are my escape and a huge part of my life besides my husband and two children. I am honest and sometimes sassy in my reviews but never mean. Some of my favorite authors include Kristen Ashley, Penelope Douglas, T.M. Frazier, M.N. Forgy, Rachel Van Dyken, Meghan March and Vi Keeland to only name a few!

Please note that I am the ONLY reviewer on the blog beyond a few guest reviews. It has been brought to my attention that people not associated with my blog have been requesting ARCs please if you ever question a request please email me at the blog's email.

Release Blitz! This Is Crazy By Natasha Madison

From the best selling series, Something So comes the spin-off This is...

Zara Stone

All my life, I’ve said I will never date a hockey player. I know better because I’ve seen and lived it all. My father is a hockey god, my brother is the captain of the most successful NHL team in the world, and my brother-in-law also plays in the league. Their lives are complicated, so I went in the opposite direction.

I fell in love with a scholar. But instead of proposing marriage, he broke up with me.

Three months later, I saw his engagement picture on Instagram. I couldn’t let him get away with that. No, it didn’t matter what, I was going to make that man see that I did not need him.

Evan Richards

I was in the running to pass my point record from last year, ready to claim the number one spot in the league. On top of my game, I was riding my career high wave.

Then, Hockey’s Princess, Zara Stone tweeted me. She wanted me to crash her ex’s wedding.

The worst that could happen? A PR nightmare. The best? A fun night with a beautiful woman.

It started out as a game—something I’m good at. Her crazy idea twisted into something I wasn’t looking for, something neither of us wanted.

When push comes to shove, one thing runs through my mind:

This is Crazy. Also, this is crazy right.

It is no secret that I have been a fan of Natasha Madison’s books since I read her very first book a couple of years ago. There have been some books that I absolutely loved by her and some I hate to say that I hated and started to think maybe I had moved on from her books. This Is Crazy proved to me that Natasha Madison is back because she blew me away big time with this one.

Hockey romances are what started my love for her and This Is Crazy is one you will want to read! It has the perfect balance of hockey and romance, neither overshadow the other. The angst is the perfect amount, not too much and not too little. There are moments that make you laugh out loud, moments that make you do a happy sigh and plenty of hot and sexy moments as well. This is a spin off series of her Something So series and I am loving it that we get to see more of some of our favorite characters, now years later.

Zara and Evan, oh my these two have taken ahold of a piece of my heart for sure. Zara is the perfect amount of sassy and sweet and Evan is so swoon worthy from the beginning until the end. The chemistry between these two is off the chart’s explosive. What started out as a way to make a dig at Zara’s ex quickly turned into something so much more! The way Evan is when he is around Zara and every time he called her sweet Zara I swooned and fell in love with him even more!  I will say that I really did hate Evan’s sister and even when she makes steps to redeem herself, I just couldn’t like her.

This Is Crazy is a must read book from Natasha Madison, and for this book whore Natasha Madison is back baby! I can’t wait to read more from this series and I can easily say that This Is Crazy needs to be on the very top of your TBR lists and that I think this is Natasha Madison’s best book yet!

When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It's a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn't listen to her...
