About me

Hi I'm Janna and I am a book whore! I started this blog after being a part of another for years. While being a big blog may be nice I like to stay true to me having a love for books, that's why I blog. I love books and I want to share that love with my readers of this blog. I love to read, books are my escape and a huge part of my life besides my husband and two children. I am honest and sometimes sassy in my reviews but never mean. Some of my favorite authors include Kristen Ashley, Penelope Douglas, T.M. Frazier, M.N. Forgy, Rachel Van Dyken, Meghan March and Vi Keeland to only name a few!

Please note that I am the ONLY reviewer on the blog beyond a few guest reviews. It has been brought to my attention that people not associated with my blog have been requesting ARCs please if you ever question a request please email me at the blog's email.

Release Blitz! Taken By Natasha Knight

I’m one of four Willow daughters.
He’s the first-born son of the Scafoni family. And we have history.

For generations, the Scafoni family have demanded a sacrifice of us. A virgin daughter to atone for sins so old, we don’t even remember what they are anymore.

But when you have as much money as they do, you don’t play by the rules. You make them.

And Sebastian Scafoni makes all the rules.

The moment I saw him, I knew he would choose me. Even though the mark on my sheath declared me unclean. Even though my beautiful sisters stood beside me, offered to him, he still chose me.

He made me his.
And then he set out to break me.
If you are a dark romance fan like I am then you will want to pick up Taken by Natasha Knight. Now this is part of a duet so there is a cliffhanger but luckily we don’t have long to wait until we get Torn, the second book. The secrets, the darkness, the threats, the edge of your seat moments are just a few reasons why I loved Taken.

Helena was chosen as the Willow Girl, and to not spoil all what that means I am going to just say it is not a good thing for her. She is feisty, she has an attitude and she does not want to make things easy for Sebastian or his brothers. Sometimes though, the strong are also weak. The back and forth between Helena and Sebastian, the chemistry, the secrets, the pain, add to the situation and we don’t know what will happen.

When I reached the end I think I yelled out no you can’t end it like that and I possibly threw my kindle. I can’t wait to get my hands on Torn because I HAVE to know what happens.
