Slater “Savage” Harlow
I've got almost everything I need to have an amazing comeback year. My knee is good, my dedication is there, my determination never left, but the woman of my dreams? That's still up in the air.
Malone Fulcher
Savage walked away without so much as listening to what I had to say.
We have a decision to make. Is it going to be marriage with late nights, dinners at one am, and stealing moments between road trips? Or will it be spending the rest of our lives alone, wondering why we couldn't make it work?
Read the stunning conclusion to The MVP Duet.
After the way we were left in at the end of On The DL I couldn’t wait to see what
would happen in MVP. Now I am not
going to spoil this for anyone but I will say that Malone and Slade made me
proud and their journey is one that I couldn’t stop reading once I started. The
angst, the drama, the sexy times is just some of the reasons why I was hooked.
I know some people were unhappy about this being a duet, but
especially after reading MVP, I
wonder if I would have enjoyed it less if it was one big long story. That
dramatic ending in the last book made me excited for MVP and that excitement didn’t waiver when I started reading. I
love that Ms. Briscoe has spread her wings and begun to fly so to speak and
that the chances she is taking in her writing, for me at least are working
wonderfully. I can easily say that both the first book and MVP need to be on your TBR lists and at the very top. I can’t wait
to see what is next.
