Libby Reed is over it. Or that’s what she tells herself. She’s lusted after one of New York’s bravest for years, but firefighter Antonio Moretti has doused her interest for the last time. As much as she wants the arrogant jerk (in a bad, bad way), they can’t even be in the same room without setting each other off…which might be a problem now that she’s volunteered to help out in his family’s restaurant.
Antonio’s been burned before. Now he knows better than to trust a pretty face and follow another pair of long, beautiful legs into heartbreak. But while Libby might rub him the wrong way, he can’t deny the heat between them. And it only burns hotter when she steps up in his time of need. The closer they get, the more he realizes he may have misjudged her. Then again, he doesn’t know the secret Libby’s keeping that could send their relationship up in flames before it’s even begun.
Tossed Into Love
was a sweet, sexy and face paced read that I enjoyed over the weekend. I think
Libby and Antonio’s story may very well be my favorite out of all of the
series. When I was finished with Tossed Into Love, not only was I craving
pizza, I was also smiling and swooning some as well.
Libby and Antonio have chemistry that is off the charts but
Antonio and Libby don’t get along, he can be a massive jerk to Libby who couldn’t
really have a crush on him, could she? Well she does and it hurts her every time
he is a jerk to her. Libby is sweet, funny and passionate about the things she
loves. Antonio thinks that all Libby cares about is fashion and makeup and
expensive things, he doesn’t take the time to look below the surface to see the
real Libby. While Libby is helping Antonio’s parents out in their pizzeria, his
views about Libby begin to change. I really loved these two together and how
Antonio was an alpha male once his eyes opened about Libby.
Aurora Rose Reynolds is an author I never hesitate to read,
she has the ability to make me fall in love with her characters very quickly.
Her books are full of romance, sexiness and some of the best I have ever read.
Put Tossed Into Love at the top of
your TBR lists, I think you will love Libby and Antonio as much as I did.
