“Bromberg is a master at turning up the heat.”
—New York Times bestselling author Katy EvansWorth the Risk, an all-new, sexy standalone about taking chances and finding love when it’s least expected, from New York Times bestselling author K. Bromberg, is LIVE!
Worth The Risk is the second single father book I have read in recent weeks and I must say that I really enjoyed this one. Then again I have wanted Grayson’s story since we first were introduced to him. Worth The Risk is an emotional book that really shows what being a parent means, it is a book about growth and taking those risks even at the risk of heartbreak.
I will say that it took me a very long time to warm up to Sidney, I was really worried that it wasn’t worth the risk but in the end I really had a change of heart. Sidney will surprise you, give her a chance and keep an open mind about her, she will surprise you just like she did me. The way she was with Luke really is what made me like her, she never wanted to do anything to hurt him and she did her best to not do so.
Grayson, my heart broke for him and Luke. Grayson has held on to anger for years, but he is directing it at the wrong person, and that person is Sidney. You will find out why when you read the book and I know in part I understood because I have at times projected the pain others have caused me onto those who I love. Grayson’s love for Luke, how strongly he protects him is what a true parent does. I loved their relationship, the little glimpses of the love and fun they have just made me completely fall in love with these two.
Love is worth the risk and Worth The Risk is a book that I loved and can highly suggest that it is on the top of TBR lists. K. Bromberg has once again written a book worth taking a risk on.
