The beer's not the only thing getting tapped.
CALLIE
I have a secret. It’ll get me fired if my boss ever finds out…which shouldn’t be a problem except for one thing: my coworker, Reid Morgan.
He’s cocky, aggravating, and that hot-as-sin mouth simultaneously makes me want to slap him and melt into the mattress.
Now that he’s discovered my secret, he’s doing everything in his power to take my job.
REID
I have a problem: my pint-size spitfire of a coworker who’s primed to take my promotion.
She’s infuriating, sexy as hell, and I just can’t seem to keep my hands off her.
Now we’re both vying for the same position…and only one of us can come out on top.
Tap That had me
laughing out loud throughout the book. The
banter and jabs between Reid and Callie were hilarious and in a sense foreplay
that builds and builds until they are unable to hold any longer. This is the perfect mix of enemies to lovers,
co-worker romance, and romantic comedy all in one book. Sometimes I think those combinations make the
best books because you know things will get interesting and trust me they do.
Reid was wanting the open manager position, he’s worked hard
for it and when he finds out someone new is getting the position let’s just say
he doesn’t like the news very much.
While he may be instantly attracted to Callie, in his eyes she is the
enemy and proceeds to well to put it plainly, he proceeds to be a total ass to
her. Callie, well, let’s just say Callie
may be in over her head but she refuses to give up, especially to someone like
Reid. These two have chemistry that is
explosive and watching them together, waiting for that explosion to happen was
entertaining. I will say that I wanted
to kick Reid in the balls more than once for how he acts towards Callie,
especially knowing how her parents treat her.
Tap That was a fun
and sexy read, it is one I really enjoyed and one I can easily say that should
be on your TBR lists.
