Famed was another
cute and sexy read in the Imperfect Love
series. It was a pretty quick read but
while it may have been quick I didn’t find it lacking in the least. I really loved the chemistry and banter
between Chris and Mary. From the very
first time they meet you can just tell that this is going to be one of those
romances that has you laughing and leaves you with a smile on your face.
Oh the dreaded sex tape, which was actually a fake but this
is why you don’t drink and plot revenge against the person who broke your
heart. I liked the approach that Chris
took to help reform Mary’s image, while it may have started off as fake the undeniable
chemistry between them just fuels the fire until it explodes and there is no
denying that these two are meant for each other.
Famed was another
enjoyable and sexy read in the Imperfect
Love series and one I can easily recommend to others.

One-Night Stand-In - T. Gephart Sarah Madison loved working at Tate & Cane Enterprises. While she looked and, for the most part, acted conservatively—she was a gladiator in the boardroom. The fast-paced, energetic work environment not only fed her need for corporate blood but also allowed her to work for one of her role models, Olivia Cane—living proof a woman really can have it all. And after months of paying her dues, she was finally offered the promotion she’d been vying for. Which was great, except for the fact she had to share the position with a new guy they brought in especially for the role. Kyle Drake was smart, experienced, and probably just as good, if not better, in negotiations. And if she wasn’t careful, prove he could do the job without her. Add in good-looking and an incredibly sexy smooth talker, and everyone in the office either wanted to be him or sleep with him. Which Sarah could have totally ignored if he hadn’t been the stranger she’d married in Vegas during a fake ceremony six months earlier. He was supposed to be her one-night stand, a stand-in for a ceremony that wasn’t even legally binding. They were never even going to see each other again. Hell, she apparently hadn’t even known his real last name at the time. It was the only time she’d ever done something completely reckless and spontaneous. It figured that one time would come back and bite her where it hurt.
One-Night Stand In
was another cute and really enjoyable read in the Imperfect Love series. The
characters are relatable and likable and the story even though it was a novella
was not lacking at all. I am enjoying
that we are getting so many of these novellas that tie into each other but can
be read as complete standalones. One-Night Stand In is one that I plan on
reading again in the near future.
Kyle and Sarah were both characters that I couldn’t help but
love reading about. I laughed more than
once while reading this and would giggle or smirk along the way. I mean who doesn’t like a good office romance?
I know they are some of my favorite to read.
The twist with this one just added to it to make me like it even
more. Kyle is bossy and sexy and just
well yummy. He could bend me over a
board room table or desk any day of the week.
Oops maybe I should have kept that one to myself but trust me he will
have you wanting the same.
This is another one I can easily recommend and one I really
enjoyed.

The Run In by
Kelly Elliott was an enjoyable read that I did like. I wish I had loved it but overall it was a
good read but at times felt it dragged a bit and it is a novella so that should
not be the case. I liked the idea of the
first time Mason and Saylor interact was literally when they ran into each
other and neither knew who the other was until they come face to face at
work. I liked that angle a lot, but more
than once I got bored and just wanted things to speed up a bit.
Mason is hot and sexy and yes at times can be a massive
jackass but Saylor is no saint either.
She can be moody and bitchy just as much as Mason can. While I could see a connection and the
chemistry between these two it almost felt forced at times. That combined with how slow I felt it was
going just didn’t have me loving it like I had hoped but again I must say I did
like it. I do still recommend reading The Run In, maybe you will like it more
than I did.

Battle Of The Sexes
was titled perfectly I must say because that is exactly what it was. This is a novella so it is a rather chick
read but there is still a lot going on. This
novella is a part of the Imperfect Love
collection and I love that these relationships are all imperfect to start.
I must admit for the majority of the book Amity came across
and childish because of the grudge she had against Carver, eventually though
she did win me over but it took almost the entire book for that to happen. She softened up a bit and when that happened
I stopped seeing a cold frigid person and started seeing someone who may be
career driven but was hurt in the past and that made her the way she is.
Carver he is cocky, arrogant, but at the same time I really
liked his character. When he finds out
why Amity hates him so much he is honestly remorseful and apologizes to
her. It reminds us that some stupid
choices we make as kids can hurt others even years later. I also understood why he was so upset with
Amity was up for CEO of the company both of their fathers had started, so he
had me in his corner from the very start.
Overall Battle Of The
Sexes was an enjoyable novella and one that I liked.

UNSUPERVISED by Cora Kenborn Niall A non-existent love life, unstable paycheck, and a six-year-old who’d rather hit boys than books sound more like a cry for help than a dating profile. On paper, it would seem like I need a life coach, but I’ve managed to get a decent grip on the single-dad thing. My love life, on the other hand, is an entirely different story. With my sexy Irish accent, I should have women of all ages losing their minds, but I seem to attract only a certain type—crazy. The last thing I want is a new relationship, but I need a date for my company’s charity function. A chance meeting with a tall, leggy blonde who looks like she could use a night out is the perfect solution. Beautiful, sane, and she has a kid? We have a winner. I didn’t count on Laken being unforgettable. Unlike all the other fake women I’ve met in this city, she’s real. And if there’s one thing I value more than anything, it’s honesty. Laken I didn’t bust my ass in college to be a nanny. Unfortunately, a 4.0 GPA and sucking up to the owner’s sister did nothing to secure a coveted Tate & Cane Enterprises internship. I’m not proud of being a nanny-for-hire to get my foot in the door, but my wealthy socialite employer has the ears of company executives. Swallowing my pride, I do what I need to—until an afternoon at the park changes everything. I don’t mean to let him think Preston is my kid, but he just assumes. This isn’t me. I’m not a liar. Although his panty-melting accent does unspeakable things to me, I should set the record straight. There’s only one problem. Niall is a freelance photographer for Tate & Cane and invites me to a company event as his plus-one. He’s my “in.” If I can hold on to this charade long enough, I can get the job and the man of my dreams. I’m winging this completely unsupervised. Game on.
Unsupervised I
think is my second favorite novella in the Imperfect Love series. Maybe I am a
sucker for a single dad or maybe it is because Niall is just so damn sexy but whatever
the reason is I really liked this one.
We all know that when you plot and lie for whatever reason even if it is
with the intention of not actually hurting someone, someone gets hurt or it
comes back to bite you in the ass. Well
both happened in Unsupervised.
Both Niall and Laken have reasons for going along with the
fake fiancé angle. Niall to protect his
daughter and himself from a vile woman and Laken wants the in she has been desperately
needing for a chance to work for Tate & Crane. Little do either realize is that they both
have someone in common and that is the person for the reason for the
charade. Sadly some assumptions are made
and it adds to the drama of the situation. I was glued to my kindle I wanted to
see what would happen between Niall and Laken.
Unsupervised is a
book I can easily recommend and one that I really liked! Add this to your TBR lists!

So I must admit I may have read Cheeky before I read any of the other novellas because hello it’s
a Natasha Madison book and she never disappoints this book whore! I think it is possible that this may be her
funniest and sexiest book yet and it’s only a novella people! I devoured this one. The banter, the flirting, the forbidden
friend’s sister, all of it was done perfectly!
I don’t want to give too much away because honestly I could
break down every little thing about Cheeky
that I loved and you would know the entire story so I won’t do that. What I am going to say is that Bradley Finch
is my newest book boyfriend and I am not sharing him with anyone damn it! Okay
I probably need to share him with Lexi but know I am doing it under
protest! I laughed so hard at times I
would cry or not be able to catch my breath.
The chemistry between these two was off the charts explosive but the
connection they share is even more so. I
loved both Bradley and Lexi these two are characters I wish I had as friends in
real life, although it would make that whole drooling over Bradley a bit
awkward when Lexi would be around so I will just keep him in my dreams I mean
my kindle.
I think Natasha Madison has hit rom com gold with Cheeky.
This is one I plan on reading over and over again just to get more of my
newest book boyfriend Bradley Finch. I
have said it before and I will keep saying it if you have not yet read a book
by Natasha Madison you have to read Cheeky
and the rest of her books because ladies and gentlemen she is one of my
favorite authors and one that is an automatic must read for this book whore.
