Evan Jonah is running an empire and just moved from the lavish thoroughfares of London to the gritty streets of Philadelphia. When he walks into the nearest dealership, he’s expecting to find a reliable vehicle to handle the brutal winters, not a sexy female car rep with killer legs.
Wren doesn’t know why “Hotness in a Suit” asked her out. She doesn’t expect a great time or a night of passion that knocks her on her ass. But that’s exactly what Evan shows her.
She also never counted on how hard and fast she’d fall. But men like Evan—good men with even better hearts—don’t desire tough-talking Philly girls for long.
Evan has never met a woman like Wren. But he’s up for the challenge and ready to prove her wrong.
I absolutely love this series. The O'Briens have intrigued me since I read Currans book. And I have to say that I think this is my favorite one thus far. I totally fell in love with Evan. I mean who wouldn't. He's rich, not a huge determining factor but doesn't hurt, hot, alph yet tender hearted. He is ambitious works hard and plays even harder, yes that's a sex euphemism lol. He is the total package for sure.
I also fell in love with Wren. She is strong and determined. She is also kind and has tons of sass which I love. But even with all her sass and bravado she is vulnerable too. And let's not forget intelligent. She is everything I could only wish to be.
These two together are fun and they get things done. Like saving his company and bringing down her arrogant ex. Plus you add in the rest of the O'Briens and it gets a tad chaotic. And the chemistry between Wren and Evan is instantaneous. And it only gets better throughout the book. And I loved everything about the story. It was realistic it was fun and it was emotional. I totally recommend reading it.
