While being a big blog may be nice I like to stay true to me having a love for books, that's why I blog. I love books and I want to share that love with my readers of this blog. I love to read, books are my escape and a huge part of my life besides my husband and two children. I am honest and sometimes sassy in my reviews but never mean. Some of my favorite authors include Kristen Ashley, Penelope Douglas, T.M. Frazier, M.N. Forgy, Rachel Van Dyken, Meghan March and Vi Keeland to only name a few!

Please note that I am the ONLY reviewer on the blog beyond a few guest reviews. It has been brought to my attention that people not associated with my blog have been requesting ARCs please if you ever question a request please email me at the blog's email.

Review! A Thousand Boy Kisses By Tillie Cole

One kiss lasts a moment. But a thousand kisses can last a lifetime. One boy. One girl. A bond that is forged in an instant and cherished for a decade. A bond that neither time nor distance can break. A bond that will last forever. Or so they believe. When seventeen-year-old Rune Kristiansen returns from his native Norway to the sleepy town of Blossom Grove, Georgia, where he befriended Poppy Litchfield as a child, he has just one thing on his mind. Why did the girl who was one half of his soul, who promised to wait faithfully for his return, cut him off without a word of explanation?Rune's heart was broken two years ago when Poppy fell silent. When he discovers the truth, he finds that the greatest heartache is yet to come.A stand-alone young adult tearjerker romance, recommended for ages fourteen and up.

Oh my heart is broken but light. This book gave me every feel I could endure and left me gasping for more.

Rune moves in next door to Poppy at seven years old and they become the best friends. Over time their friendship turns into the high school sweetheart hometown fairytale. Rune & Poppy’s world gets turned over when Rune has to move back to Norway. Their Promise to always talk and not lose each other forever gets broken. Now with 2 years of silence Rune comes back. But who he is and who Poppy is are not the same. Poppy has a secret and Rune is not the loving caring guy she once knew.

To watch them find their way back to each other is beautiful and Rune although a class A Jerk to almost everyone is simply PERFECT for and to Poppy. Poppy has a dream to collect a thousand kisses and Rune is determined to give her EVERY last one. To watch these two fall in love, out of love, in love and lose love is an emotional roller coaster I was determined to finish. I felt like I closed my eyes, lifted my hands in the air and could only feel the breeze at times, then at other times I felt my stomach in my throat and wasn’t sure I could hold on any longer. I’ve have NEVER held such an emotional pull to a book as I did this one. It almost hit me on a spiritual level of my soul. It all just made the tears, the putting down this book and walking away at times worth it. I immediately want to read it again but I fear I just couldn’t take it right now to go through it all again.

This is a 10 Star emotional read but worth every tear and smile along the way.
