About me

Hi I'm Janna and I am a book whore! I started this blog after being a part of another for years. While being a big blog may be nice I like to stay true to me having a love for books, that's why I blog. I love books and I want to share that love with my readers of this blog. I love to read, books are my escape and a huge part of my life besides my husband and two children. I am honest and sometimes sassy in my reviews but never mean. Some of my favorite authors include Kristen Ashley, Penelope Douglas, T.M. Frazier, M.N. Forgy, Rachel Van Dyken, Meghan March and Vi Keeland to only name a few!

Please note that I am the ONLY reviewer on the blog beyond a few guest reviews. It has been brought to my attention that people not associated with my blog have been requesting ARCs please if you ever question a request please email me at the blog's email.

Review! Wrong By Jana Aston

I have a history of picking the wrong guy. Gay? Player? Momma’s boy? Check, check and check.

Now I can’t stop fantasizing about one of the customers at the coffee shop I work at between classes. It’s just a harmless crush, right? It’s not like I ever see this guy outside of the coffee shop. It’s not like I’m going to see him while attempting to get birth control at the student clinic. While wearing a paper gown. While sitting on an exam table. Because he’s the doctor. Shoot. Me.

But what if, for once, the man I’ve had the dirtiest, most scandalous fantasies about turned out to be everything but w

If loving Wrong by Jana Aston is wrong then this book whore doesn’t want to be right.  I had so many laugh out loud moments while reading Wrong that my family started to think I had lost my mind.  I could only wish that I had a hot gynecologist, nothing like that ever happens to me, and then to find out that he’s the hot guy you have had a crush on since you first saw him just makes the situation even better or maybe it would be worse if it’s happening to you.  I could only imagine at some of the things I would say because when I get nervous I tend to say embarrassing shit just like Sophie does when she is around Luke at first.

For this being Ms. Aston’s first book, I personally think she did an amazing job.  Yes this book is funny as hell, yes there are some very hot and steamy sex scenes and there is also some drama that has you wanting to slap that bitch Gina (read the story you will want to slap her too I promise you that).  I loved the older guy/younger girl theme and it was different with the older guy NOT being a teacher or professor but a Dr. who has his own set of professional guidelines he must follow.  Although he does put that from the first times he lays his fingers on her.  Luke and Sophie are perfect for each other, and I loved Luke even when he tried to keep his distance he was still protective of her and watched out for her.

This is one book that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a funny, sexy read because you will find just that with Wrong.  Jana Aston is an author I will be keeping my eye on in the future because this book whore is very impressed with her writing.
