About me

Hi I'm Janna and I am a book whore! I started this blog after being a part of another for years. While being a big blog may be nice I like to stay true to me having a love for books, that's why I blog. I love books and I want to share that love with my readers of this blog. I love to read, books are my escape and a huge part of my life besides my husband and two children. I am honest and sometimes sassy in my reviews but never mean. Some of my favorite authors include Kristen Ashley, Penelope Douglas, T.M. Frazier, M.N. Forgy, Rachel Van Dyken, Meghan March and Vi Keeland to only name a few!

Please note that I am the ONLY reviewer on the blog beyond a few guest reviews. It has been brought to my attention that people not associated with my blog have been requesting ARCs please if you ever question a request please email me at the blog's email.

Review! Beneath This Mask By Meghan March

He loves me, and he doesn’t even know my real name.

The limelight that follows him could expose everything I’m hiding. But even knowing the risks, I can’t force myself to stay away.

I’m going to break his heart, but mine will shatter right along with it.

Will we lose it all when I reveal what’s beneath this mask?

I decided to do a reread of this one since I will be attending a signing that this author will be at in the near future. I forgot how much I really enjoyed Beneath This Mask. I loved the whole bad girl who really isn't and good rich boy angle, normally it is the other way around. I loved Simon, he stole my heart from the very first time we met him. I don't know if it's how he decided to not jump right into a physical relationship with Charlie and wanted them to have more of a connection or if it was that no matter how hot he blew he always regretted his harsh words but he still is one of my favorite characters from this series. I like Charlie as well, even though she had her secrets and didn't want to hurt Simon, she also put her heart on the line knowing it could all crumble down and smash hers.

If you have been waiting to start this series, and honestly I don't know what is making you hesitate, go ahead and give it a read, I think you will like how Ms. March has written this one and has the ability to suck you in whether it's the first time or the tenth that you have read it and makes you not want to put it down until the very end.
