About me

Hi I'm Janna and I am a book whore! I started this blog after being a part of another for years. While being a big blog may be nice I like to stay true to me having a love for books, that's why I blog. I love books and I want to share that love with my readers of this blog. I love to read, books are my escape and a huge part of my life besides my husband and two children. I am honest and sometimes sassy in my reviews but never mean. Some of my favorite authors include Kristen Ashley, Penelope Douglas, T.M. Frazier, M.N. Forgy, Rachel Van Dyken, Meghan March and Vi Keeland to only name a few!

Please note that I am the ONLY reviewer on the blog beyond a few guest reviews. It has been brought to my attention that people not associated with my blog have been requesting ARCs please if you ever question a request please email me at the blog's email.

Release Blitz! Seducing The Badman By Hayley Faiman

Radimir Zalesky has only ever known darkness. His choices have always been simple--live or die. Saved by the Russian mob, he is now the embodiment of a Bratva solider. Yet, in spite of the cold, hard world in which he finds himself, he dreams of what he knows he does not deserve. Light.

Emiliya Chekova was born a printsessa, daughter to the infamous Ivan Chekov. Her life has been out of her hands for as long as she can remember, her only option to obey. When her father's betrayal to the Bratva ends in death, she is a possession passed on to another--now owned by a badman.
Resolute to submit to her fate, Emiliya endeavors to be the light Radimir craves--but his demons are not so easily seduced. Thrust into the heart of a dangerous world in which Radimir resides, Emiliya discovers the cost of love, learning just how far she's willing to go to keep it.
* Recommended for readers 18+ due to Sexual Content, Language, Violence and Sexual Abuse causing possible triggers.
I have been on a mafia kick as of late and I am especially loving the Russian Bratva series even with Seducing The Badman only being book two.  I think it’s the added edge of danger, darkness mixed with sexually charged chemistry that has me wanting to read more and more about these characters.  The author has placed a warning in regards to triggers and if you have any triggers in regards to sexual abuse or darker reads please keep that in mind prior to starting this book.  While I love darker books I never want to not warn readers of a potential trigger especially for something related to sexual abuse.  Also please make sure you have read the previous book so you are not feeling lost, while this is about a different couple you will want to know what has happened in to first book.

Like I stated above I love a good mafia or Bratva book, add in that it is dark romance and this book whore is in heaven.  Seducing The Badman, in my opinion was even better than the previous book.  I loved the angst, the emotions that I felt, that feeling of your stomach knotting up in anticipation, the pounding of my heart and the fact that I was so completely drawn into the book that I didn’t want to have to put it down for any reason.  Emiliya and Radimir will seduce a piece of your heart and soul while reading their story.

Ms. Faiman is an author I only recently had discovered and the more I read from her, the more I am enjoying her writing.  I honestly think that Seducing The Badman is my favorite book from her yet.  I am anxiously awaiting more from this series and waiting to see if she can top this one.
