About me

Hi I'm Janna and I am a book whore! I started this blog after being a part of another for years. While being a big blog may be nice I like to stay true to me having a love for books, that's why I blog. I love books and I want to share that love with my readers of this blog. I love to read, books are my escape and a huge part of my life besides my husband and two children. I am honest and sometimes sassy in my reviews but never mean. Some of my favorite authors include Kristen Ashley, Penelope Douglas, T.M. Frazier, M.N. Forgy, Rachel Van Dyken, Meghan March and Vi Keeland to only name a few!

Release Blitz! For Cam By Soraya Naomi

Camilla Guillermo’s life has been turned upside down ever since she joined the Chicago Syndicate and was reunited with Adriano Montesi, the cocky and charismatic Mafia man who captured her heart two years ago. Finally, she has a family that she can depend on and the one man she’s always wanted but who was never truly hers before.

Adriano’s a man on a mission, yet Cam’s magnetic pull toward him doesn’t waver while he’s busy building a new empire. Although as his lustful affair with Cam grows into an undeniable love that neither of them can fight any longer, it also brings numerous conflicting emotions to the surface. Emotions that seep into Adriano’s psyche while he becomes one of the most powerful men in Chicago.

Love within the Mafia is more than complicated; it’s explosive. And now that Adriano and Cam are both members of the Chicago Syndicate, not only has everything changed, but their new roles in their business lives are accompanied with new rules, new players, and new deadly enemies that must be dealt with while they’re still cleaning up the dirt of their past.

From Soraya Naomi, Amazon Bestselling Author of For Fallon and For Luca. Novel Grounds Semi Annual Literary Awards 2014 winner of Best Breakout Novel For Fallon (Chicago Syndicate, 1).

I don’t remember how I originally came across this author, it may have been when I was reviewing for the previous blog or I may have stumbled across her books and contacted her myself but whatever the situation was I am so glad that I did.  I am a total book whore for mafia themed books, okay I know what you are going to say “book whore, you are a whore for every book” and while that may be true there are certain themes that I love more than most and mafia is one of those.  Anyways enough of my reminiscing of how I came across Soraya Naomi’s Chicago Syndicate series and concentrate on my review of For Cam.

I think For Cam, at least me personally is the best book if the series to date.  In true Chicago Syndicate form, you will be on the edge of your seat, will have your emotions being rocked more than once and will be completely sucked into this world.  Cam and Adriano don’t have it easy by any means when it not only comes to their personal relationship but their professional one as well.  If you think their relationship will be all romance with a side of business then you are very much mistaken.  Their chemistry needs to come with a warning label about how explosive it is but can that chemistry keep them together when so many things are out there that threatens to tear them apart?  Well I am not going to tell you, you have to read it for yourself duh.

I am waiting on the edge of my seat for the next book to come out.  If you are like me and love mafia themed books  that include edge of your seat suspense, extremely hot sex, and emotional rollercoasters then make sure you not only check out For Cam but the entire series as well.

Author Bio

I was born in South America in 1984 and raised in Europe where I presently reside with my fiancé.

I read many genres but favor intense, dark, seductive, and provocative novels where the male character loves fiercely, without remorse or boundaries. I also adore forbidden love tales and have an odd fascination with kidnapping romances. No, I don't secretly want to be kidnapped, though!

I have a passionate obsession with the written word and indulge in chocolate pastries much too often.

My debut novel For Fallon (Chicago Syndicate, #1) was released on July 26, 2014. I’m honored that For Fallon won “Best Breakout Novel 2014” in the Novel Grounds Semi Annual Literary Awards.
